Terms of the General Assembly.


1. Adoption of the annual budget and final accounts.

2. Deliberation on issues and topics on the agenda and take the necessary decisions.

3. Election of members of the Board of Directors of the room when it's time elected by secret ballot.

4. Deliberation of the issues raised by the third of the members of the General Assembly of the room.

5. The establishment of the Governing Council in case of violation.
